It starts with understanding the underlying cause of knee dysfunction—often muscular imbalances, glute or quad weakness, poor mobility, or movement pattern breakdowns. For women, these issues can be even more common due to natural joint alignment differences that increase stress on ligaments like the ACL.

Here’s where we stand apart: instead of removing a client from the training floor, we adapt the workout in real time, using a customized matrix of regressions and progressions for each movement.

For example, if a workout includes a split squat, our Knee RX library allows our coaches to substitute a modified version like a bodyweight eccentric split squat, or a kettlebell overload dropvariation—tailored to the individual’s needs.

We focus on:

  • Safe loading strategies to build strength without aggravating pain

  • Keeping members integrated with their training plan, not sidelined
